The menu in Feedwater has received an upgrade!

• Level Select now has level preview images, flavour text and visual representation of difficulty
• Menu buttons have satisfying clicks as you navigate around
• Keyboard and gamepad navigation enabled for most menus (it's limited in the Level Editor for now)
